All recipes for bread are measured in grams.
Using weight is a much easier, quicker and more accurate way of measuring ingredients. That's the way I learned to make bread and most importantly, it gives me more control over the dough. If you really want to get into bread baking, I suggest you get a scale otherwise, you can visit the "cluelinary 101" section of this blog to find a conversion chart.
